Missing Items / Order Mistakes
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will strive to ensure your experience is a positive one. Though we carefully inspect all orders for accuracy, we can sometimes make mistakes. If you find you are missing items from your order, simply email us at alligatorbitescanada@gmail.com and let us know.
Exchange of Defective or Damaged Items
Items which are found defective will be refunded to the method of payment selected at checkout. Kindly send us photos of the items that are defective to alligatorbitescanada@gmail.com. Upon recept of the documentation of the defective item(s) we will refund the purchase price of the items using the original payment method. Alternatively, a replacement item can be provided, shipped using lettermail shipping where applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled upon request within 24 hours of purchase. As we generally have a 1-2 day turn around time (TAT), it can be difficult to cancel orders which are packed and ready for shipment. Orders which require cancellation are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Any items which are being returned must be in their original packaging and in new condition, unused condition. Returned items, once received will be inspected and notification of refund being processed will be sent.
