Where are you located?

We are located in a small rural town in Ontario close to Owen Sound.  We have a fantastic local post office who help to work hard to ensure you orders are sent out efficiently and on time.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

YES!  Canadian orders of $150 or more ship free using tracked parcel service through Canada Post.  US order of $200 Canadian or more ship free using tracked parcel service from Canada Post. 

Can I get my order faster?

YES!  Send us a message and we can provide quotes to get your order to you faster.   

I forgot to add something on my order what should I do?

Please place a second order and we will try our best to combine them.  At checkout, please include the order number you wish to have combined with your second order.  If there are any shipping overages they will be returned at the time your orders are processed.  This service is offered as a courtesy, which there may be times we aren’t able to combine orders such as during a sale or other promotion.  

What if my shipping costs less than what I paid?

We try our best to reflect actual shipping costs on our website.  Please keep in mind there are additional costs such as taxes which add to the cost of shipping.  We will always refund the difference in shipping when the actual cost to ship your order is less than the amount charged on our website.

Do you offer discounts?

Of course!  Discount codes for 10%, 15% and 20% can be found under our information and resources section.  Items listed in our bulk section are already discounted and codes do no apply.  If you join our Facebook or Instagram pages you'll get notified of our great sales that are offered as well as discount codes for even more savings!

When will I receive my order?

  • Our turnaround time for processing your order is 2-3 business days. 
  • Items ordered on a weekend will be processed the following 2-3 business days.  Orders may not be processed on statutory holidays.   
  • Packages shipped using lettermail (AKA snail mail) do not come with tracking.  Once it is handed over to Canada Post we don't know where in transit it is.  Most items arrive in 1-2 weeks. 
  • Non-tracked US orders also do not come with tracking and once handed over to the post office, we don't know it's transit location during the shipping process. 
  • Tracked items usually arrive in 1-2 weeks depending on your location.  Orders within Ontario can take a few days while orders going to either coast can take longer than a week to arrive. 
  • US orders need time to be processed through customs.  Usually this is a quick process, but sometimes there are delays beyond our control. 
  • We are happy to provide quotes upon request to upgrade to a faster shipping option.    

Do you have local pick up?

Absolutely!  If you are local to our area, send us a message prior to checkout to arrange to pick up your order.  At checkout, use the code “Local”. Please note: The local coupon code may not combine with other offers and codes, but we refund any costs for shipping.  

Do you ship to the US?

Yes absolutely!  We have lots of options available for customers in the US.  Have a question about your shipping?  Send us a message and we will gladly help you out. 

I think my order is lost?

We have access to the same tracking information you do, however we are always happy to help locate packages that have not had their tracking updated.  Keep in mind with COVID packages are not always scanned at each location they arrive at.  

 The item I want is out of stock?

Sometimes items sell out faster than anticipated and prior to our restock arriving.  If you don't see something in stock send us a message so we can help ensure it's available for you. 

There's a mistake with my order

As hard as we try to avoid making a mistake, they do sometimes happen.  We are happy to help resolve missing items from your order or inaccuracies in your order.  Send us a message and we will gladly resolve the problem.  

I really want you to carry a new item!

We love suggestions!  If you are in search of a particular item, send us a message.  We will source the most reliable manufacturing partner and look to brining it in.
